Called Sonic's hotline a couple weeks ago. When we'd been there, the girl kept telling us to hold on-so she could talk to a friend. When we got our order-we were missing 3 corndogs, 1 drink, and a tots. When I looked at the reciept, she charged us for 10 corndogs! And we only got 5.  Anyways, she was an idiot and could not figure out how to refund the extra money. Not only that it took almost 20 minutes to get our food, and we were only one of 3 cars there. I had to go back the next day to get the refund.
Well, last night, I got a $50 sonic gift card in the mail.  We will be using it at a different sonic.  |

I had complained to Neosporin some time ago and they were sending coupons, still haven't seen them. 
Haven't seen any of the "promised" coupons.
I complained friday to jose ole on behalf of my BIL that their Steak Quesadillas had fat and gristle in them and he could not get all of the cheese to melt and I haven't even gotten a response.
OH well, I only complain if it is a legitmate complaint.
I did compliment a few others and they were supposed to be sending coupons, haven't seen those either. |

I recently emailed Garnier to complain about their face cloths. The sticker on the top of the package never stays taped so I've had to throw away anywhere from 2-4 washcloths in each of the last few packages I've used because they are dried out by the time I get to them.
They sent a generic email response:
Thank you for writing us. We will forward your comments to the appropriate department.
What great customer service. Thank goodness I never paid for any of these (thanks to CVS and ECB deals) but if I had, I'd be pretty peeved right about now!  |

I complained to Birdseye about how their meals for 2 (the chicken pasta one with the raisans) was disgusting. They sent me 2 coupons for free Meals for 2 and 2 coupons for any free Steamfresh veggies  |

I sent a complaint to Bertolli - the chicken and broccolli was gross and freezer burned. Sent me 2 frees.
Asked Durex to send me samplex because I have reactions to latex condoms. Sent mer a 6-pack of non latex condoms.
Burt's Bees bath crystals complaint - broke out in red bumps and itching/burning. They want me to call their medical hotline. |

I just complained to these two this morning
Quaker Capn Crunch cereal: I found a big glob of what I'm guessing to be peanut butter in the box. Yes I was quite surprised too and grossed out! They responded back within a couple hours only they are sending full value coupons. Will update.
UPDATE 5/11- Sending full value coupons waiting on mail
Bolthouse Farm Bom Dia Yerba Mate beverage: Was so expired it was beyond pathetic! Just bought two days ago expired in March though! Gross! Waiting to hear back. Next time I guess I'll have to check more carefully but I thought it was gross that they were even on the shelf to begin with!
UPDATE 5/11-Basicly told me its not their problem! What a rude company if it was my product being sold that far past exp I would want to know. Said they were sending cents off coupons though.

Pillsbury Pizza dough: Opened dough and there were holes in it, huge ones making it impossible to spread out. Sending coupons.
Pick N Save: Complained about them selling expired products since Bolthouse Farms didn't want to be responsible and I think it is just plain gross sellling products beyond 6 weeks expired!!! Waiting to hear back.
BirdsEye Steamfresh meal for 2: Wrote to tell them I wasn't impressed tasted like nothing more than a frozen meal didn't taste so fresh. Waiting to hear back.
KFC: Complaining about bad service. Past few times we went there we waited forever it seemed, one time we paid and then they told us they were out of our item, another we were missing our biscuits. Quite annoying time to complain, even dh told me to complain on this one! Waiting to hear back.

I bought a 4 pack of Lansinoh Reuseable Breast Pads but upon opening them to use them only found 2! I emailed them on Sunday and first thing Monday morning I had a apology letter and a promise that they would send me the 2 missing pads. Well today Wednsday I got a package in the mail from them. It has
1 NEW Package of Lansinoh Reusable Breast pads 4 count
2 Sample packages of their diaper rash cream
$0.50/1 coupon for diaper rash cream
I have to say I am very happy about how fast they handled it and got me the item that they promised. Plus they sent more! Great customer service!

Me too! It's kind of hit or miss. Some companies you ask and you get nothing but if you just give them a compliment then you'll get the coupon. You start to learn the ones who'll do that after you been emailing for awhile. But the thing that annoys me is when you just send out a compliment and they send you out an email telling you that they do not offer coupons or that you had asked before for coupons. Sometimes i just like to give a compliment because i work in retail and i know how the compliments really count towards pay raises, etc. It kind of ticks me off when the accuse me of asking for a coupon (because they don't want to send one or don't send out coupons...you know who you are companies...lol) when I just was offering a compliment!! |

The reusable ones always get caught up in my washer drain. They have caused me quite the mess, I've even had one get burned on the edges in the dryer. Maybe they are meant to be handwashed, I've never actually read the label  !! I do like the Lansinoh disposable breastpads a lot though, they stay put much better too. |

Yep I have used them before and LOVE them. I put them into a lingerie bag when I wash them so they dont get lost. I use the disposiables until my milk supply evens out then use these. Way cheaper, better for the enviroment, and easier than sending DH out to get pads when I run out LOL! |

I wrote Unilever about a jar of Ponds Cold Cream, when I opened the jar it had liquid on top. I tryed to mix it but that did not help
Sent me 2 Free any Pond's product up to $10.99
I wrote St. Ives about a bottle of lotion, did not like the smell
Sent 1 Free any St. Ives product
Wrote to evangeline maid bread, about wheat hotdog buns. When we opened the bun they would crumble
Sent 3 Free any Evangeline Maid product
Wrote to skinny cow Ice Cream, the sandwiches were full of ice crystals. Had to try to remove the ice before they could be eaten. Tasted freezer burnt could not eat.

I just emailed Tribe about some mold on my hummus. This was less than a 1/2 hour ago and they responded all ready. I have to say they have great customer service!!! I had also asked about how to get their organic line in my stores and the woman is going to contact they people to see if they can get to my store!!! I knew I liked this brand for a reason. Anyways she said she would be sending out some coupons for my bad product
