I was able to get some really nice clothes from freecycle this week. Some nearly new looking jeans that fit me great except the length. DS also got some Cars shirts and other clothes that are a wonderful blessing.
The lady said she would keep my name and hand me down more clothes as her child grows out of them.
So I needed to know how to hem jeans. Ive never done it before and I thought about calling someplace to do it but I have a machine and thought that was being lazy.

So now I am feeling like I got 3 new pairs of usable jeans for free. I am so excited. These are jeans I would have paid $15-20 a pair for in the store and they look brand new!!! |
