I like to make freezer recipes ahead of time - saves time and money during the week, which works well for a busy mom like me. But I do not like to spend all day Sunday cooking a bunch of different meals for the week. Plus, sometimes it is cheaper to buy ingredients in bulk. So a group of girls and I formed a Once a Month Cooking Club where we make multiple batches of a recipe and swap with each other. We email out our recipe of the month, decide on a trade day, and then swap out meals. We have other "rules", too, like meal size, price limit, and must be somewhat healthy or well rounded meal.
