Wii Prize Pack Giveaway (the "Promotion")

THE SPONSOR
The Wii Prize Pack Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") Sponsors (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsors") are:

THE PRIZES
Dependent upon the number of winning events within the Promotion period, a minimum of four (4) Wii Prize Packs which include a Wii game console and a Wii Fit Video Game including balance board (ARV: $650, six hundred and fifty US dollars) Wii Prize Packs will be awarded as grand prizes and eight (8) $25 (ARV: twenty-five US dollars) GameQuestDirect cards will be awarded as first prizes over the course of the Promotion either through instant win events during game play or through second chance drawings.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar games of equal value as deemed necessary

There are no cash substitutes. The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

HOW TO ENTER
The Promotion is free. There is no purchase necessary or any cost to register or play. Participation or non-participation in any advertisements or offers presented or advertised on the website are not required and do not affect or improve chances of winning.

To be eligible to win, an entrant must be registered with the Promotion website and have successfully logged in. This can happen before playing or after a winning event. New entrants may register on the Promotion website.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, the entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, or Canada, over 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion. See the Terms of Service for further details.

You are not eligible if, during the Promotion period you are (or you live with) or your immediate family member (parent, child, sibling and spouse of any of the foregoing) is an employee, representative, or agent of the Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, licensees or affiliates.

THE RULES
In conjunction with these official rules, other rules and/or requirements as contained in the Terms of Service including but not limited to eligibility, registration, referrals, privacy policy, fraud controls, taxes, intellectual property, restrictions on use of materials, third party links, modification of terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and disputes, unless otherwise noted, will apply to this Promotion and will be strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of the entrant to read the rules and Terms of Service as their participation in the Promotion provides their explicit agreement to the rules and Terms of Service.

By entering, entrants agree that neither the Sponsor nor any referring websites shall bear any liability for, and entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Play
The game is comprised of forty-nine (49) balls numbered consecutively from 1 to 49 inclusive. An entrant must select ten (10) numbered balls, either by clicking the numbered balls themselves or by clicking on the "Random" button, which will select ten (10) numbered balls at random for the entrant. They must then click on the "Play" button to see the result. The game will automatically tell them if they are a winner or not. If they are a winner, the screen will tell them what prize level they have won. If not, it will say "Play Again" until they have reached their last play for that day (see Play Limits below).

An entrant is limited to ten (20) plays a day. However, at the discretion of the Sponsor, that limit may be changed at any time without notice.

How to Win
There are two ways to win a Promotion prize: (1) an instant win, and (2) second chance random drawing(s). Entries to the second chance drawing(s) are awarded randomly through game play.

For the primary Promotion, there are eleven possible "winning" events and one "game over" event as described below.

Second Chance Drawing
For prizes not awarded through instant wins, there may be as many as four (4) random drawings for the Wii Prize Pack prize and there may be as many as eight (8) random drawings for the $25 GameQuestDirect Gift Card prize that will be held at the office of the Sponsor. The random drawings will occur throughout the Promotion as deemed necessary. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. At its sole discretion, the Sponsor may elect to hold additional random drawings for second chance prizes at any time during the Promotion. .

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email. The Sponsor is not responsible for errors or omissions on the part of the entrant for incorrect email addresses, or for failed delivery of notification.

Game Play Description
The Promotion is a sweepstakes where a player shall chose ten (10) numbered balls (between 1 and 49 inclusive) by selecting them individually or by clicking on the "Random" button which will select ten (10) numbered balls for them. The game consists of fifteen (15) "calls" being made where winning numbered balls are randomly matched. The player's result is based on the quantity of their selected numbered balls that match the winning numbered balls generated. If the player's selected numbered ball(s) become symbols (e.g. gift, star) and that ball is matched, they receive the associated instant win prize. If a ball is matched that shows a bomb symbol, the game is over and they do not receive any winnings.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the entrant is automatically entered into each of the individual sweepstakes by participating in the game. If the laws applicable to the entrant prohibit or limit the amount or frequency of any prizes then the entrant's entry will be submitted only for allowable and legal sweepstakes, if any.

Other Rules
By entering, the entrant agrees to abide by these Promotion rules, the Terms of Service, and that all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial and municipal laws.

By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor or its clients shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed including, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or (b) any property damage or personal injury in any way attributable to this Promotion or the prize, including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software or resulting from downloading any material from the Promotion website.

By entering, the winner grants the Sponsor and its clients the right to use the winner's name, address, comments and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity, except where prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assume no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the entry form portion of this sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor shall select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Don't expect to win anything from this site. They are actually owned by Netwinner.com, which is known for screwing players out of their winnings. They were originally supposed to give away this Wii prize pack in October, then they pushed it back to December 31st. Then that date came and went, so they pushed it back to April 1st. I guarantee they will never give it away. Don't waste your time.
