| That's when it's time to call a manager! Obviously she had no clue about couponing. File a complaint with the store manager or corporate! They need to take responsibility for training their employees correctly. |

I was just at my Fry's. They took my 2 internet coupons and a free that I received in the mail. They cashier did call the manager over to get approval on the coupons. The manager had a great attitude. She said, "Certainly!" when the cashier asked if she could accept them. The mgr explained to me that new employees were told to get an ok if they didn't know what to do.
She also told me about their double policy and that they have triples in the winter and to watch for a banner on the store front.
I was at my Albertson's, too. They took forever to give me my one coupon and an "in-store coupon" advertised in the weekly. The cashier almost wouldn't give me the $2 off as advertized. And they don't double.
I guess it all depends on the particular store, manager, and employee. |

| The Fry's I have been shopping at for over a year just asked to get approval for my IP's. This same cashier has taken about a 100 from me previously. There must be some kind of crack down on coupons (she also asked about a direct from the manufacturerer Budweiser coupon?). |

| Sounds like time to go over their heads then! No one deserves to be treated like that, and if the manager doesn't know what an IP is then it's time for his review.... |
