Can someone who has submitted for the caregivers rebate answer this for me? If I am only sending in for a Huggies rebate, can I just send that one page of the PDF rebate form with Huggies on it since it has all of your mailing information on it as well? Or do I have to print and send in all 4 pages? Thanks!!!

I would send all 4 pages in because at on the last page, there is a place you write the total in.
