2 cups nonfat dry milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
1 dash of salt
miniature marshmallows, optional

Combine ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Yield 4 cups mix.

To make Hot Cocoa :

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix to your favorite mug and fill with boiling water. Stir to blend.

sounds yummy! my son loves hot cocoa, he used to call it hot coffee when he was younger! Very Happy

This recipe is a good one to use if you're making gift baskets for Christmas with different homemade mixes in it.

Thank you for posting this. I have a recipe but it is for a bulk amount and I didn't have the time to do the conversions for a smaller batch! Now I don't have too!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Very Happy

This is so yummy! I have totally been addicted it! Very Happy

I did change it a bit though. It tastes just fine without the salt and the creamer. Oh and I used Splenda instead of regular sugar.
