I know on my OM bologna - it is usually good for a month or two in the fridge to begin with. That's date listed on the front of it.

We make top hats with ours. Take bologna and put a scoop of mashed potato on it and cover it with your favorite cheese. Bake in the oven on about 325 until the edges turn kind of brown or brown as you like. We love this with the garlic mashed potatoes.

Oh Alex does too! You'd think any deli meat would work for him but nope. He wants the ones in the tub lol.

Mmmmmm, that's our favorite here also! Smile

My grocer had a Kraft OYNO deal about 2 months ago. I got 8-10 packs of the shaved turkey, ham, and roast beef free but we just opened our last package of ham today. Sad That shaved turkey tastes awesome when I add in lettuce, tomato, and Ranch or Caesar dressing and then roll it all up in a Mission tortilla. It's tastes just like a wrap I buy at a deli near me and I don't have to spend 5 or 6 bucks on it either! Smile

this makes perfect sense to me, I always freeze hot dogs, but never even considered lunch meat. Are there any kinds that don't freeze well?
