What I usuaslly do is dip it in flour, then fry it in some oil.
Once you get it a little brown, take it out. If you know how to make gravy, make some gravy.
Then take a can (or two, depending on how much gravy you want) of cream of mushroom, onion, celery, etc) soup.
Mix the homemade gravy and the can can of soup together. Pour this mixture into the crockpot then put the meat in. Mix a little to cover the meat.
Cook in the crockpot on low for 4ish hours. Add water as needed.
I sometimes do the same recipe in the oven in a wider dish and cook on like 300 for a couple of hours. |

| I dip it in flour and fry it. When it's done, I remove the meat and add water to the pan and bring it to a boil and throw noodles in there to cook. You can throw in some frozen peas towards the end. If you have some sour cream, you can put some of that in towards the end to and make a sort of stoganoff noodle dinner. |

Judy, I usually just fry ours, you could also probably cook it on the grill. |

| I coat cube steak with soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder and keep it in the fridge all day. Then I slow fry it in as little oil as I can until its done. I love it with fried potatoes and macaroni and cheese and corn bread. Not the most healthy way but SO good. |
