Ive had a few requests for the recipe soo here it is:

1tbsp Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pinch of parsley and thyme
2 russet potatoes- peeled and cubed
2 celery stalks- sliced
2 carrots- peeled and sliced
6 cups chicken stock/broth
1 1/2 cups egg noodles (cooked)
1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken

I put the olive oil, garlic, parsley and thyme, potatoes, carrots, celery in a pan. Simmer for 5 min and add 1 cup stock/broth.. Cook for 20 min and add rest of stock/broth, chicken and noodles and simmer for about 5 min and tada its done Laughing
