If I'm not baking I really don't measure.. I'm like my mom used to be.. A little of this a little of that.
Basics:
Ground Turkey 1 1/2lbs
Bread Crumbs about 1/4 Cup
1 Egg
Garlic Salt -to taste
Fresh cracked pepper
Medium Onion Chopped
Cooked Pasta
I like to cook my meatballs in the sauce.. I cook them for about 3 - 3 1/2 hours or internal temperature of meatball reaches 165°

Yes, my hubby hates when I make them in a frying pan. As do I. I make sure I boil the crap out of them for hours Smile
