Does anyone have a good pot roast recipe? I've never made one before. I'm not a big meat eater, but I bet DH will love it. I Googled and came up with about a million different recipes for it.....it was a little overwhelming and I don't know which one is truly good.

Easiest, simplest for either slow cooking or oven baking is to pour 1 can of French Onion soup over the top, cover and slow bake/cook until tender. Time depends of size of course but for a large roast, 3 to 4 hours by oven, or 7 to 8 hours on Low setting by slow cooker.
