SIL told me about this - Sooooooooooooo easy & tastes like homemade bread (No beer taste at all).

3 Cups self-Rising Flour (sifted)
3 T. Sugar
1 12 oz can Beer
3 or 4 T Butter

Mix together, Pour in (Pam) sprayed loaf pan, dot with a few squares of butter & Bake for 50 min. @ 350 degrees.


I added some onion to one loaf, some dill to another - Such a great recipe & easy make variations!
