| I have frozen them. They taste just fine, but they tend to get little white "water spots" when you thaw them - from condensation under the wrapper. It looks a little like mold. If that doesn't bother you, go for it! |

| I find that the consistency is not quite the same. They are fine to use with cooking or grilling, but to just eat a slice by itself that has been frozen and thawed does not taste good to me...they taste gritty. But, I also have issues with texture. |

I have frozen every kind of cheese there is....sliced, singles(individually wrapped slices), shredded, chunked, blocks....and all do very well. In fact, I still have some Kraft Singles Select that I got wayyyy back when the All You coupons came out, and you bought the 3 packets of KoolAid and you got free cheese....and they taste and melt perfectly still!
The key is to let cheese thaw in the fridge, not on your counter. If you let it thaw slowly it retains all the elements to make sure it doesnt get gritty or change the texture.
I have taken advantage of sooo man cheese deals by freezing it. |

| I guess I don't have good luck then because no matter how I thaw it, it always seems gritty to me. (Kraft singles) |

I freeze it all the time, I do agree about the white spots but they are tiny so I still freeze any cheese.
I don't freeze milk ,it always tasted watered down to me.
Thanks! |

| I have frozen the kraft slices before and they were completely fine. I just put them in a ziploc baggie and it seems to keep the water spots off it. Tastes the same and have had no problems at all with it. |

| I freeze mine and I agree about letting them defrost in the fridge not the counter. No problems with mine. |
