Here's that recipe for you Devin Very Happy

Cheddar Ranch Tuna Patties

Ingredients
2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (I used reduced fat)
1/3 Cup Ranch dressing (used reg but could use low-fat to reduce)
1/4 Cup Celery, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
12oz Tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1/4 Cup Kraft Mayo w/Olive oil
1 cup Kikkoman Panko bread crums (divided 1/2 & 1/2) + mix w/ Italian seasonings if desired (or just use Italian panko bread crumbs I just used what I had on hand)

Directions

In a large bowl mix all ingredients well EXCEPT 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs. Preheat oven to 400 (still playing with the temp & time) On a foil lined baking tray spary with cooking spray. UPDATE: Takes 45-60mins at 400 temp.

When ingredients are mixed well on a small plate spread out breadcrumbs. Form the tuns mixture into 6 even size patties. Coat with breadcrumbs.

Makes 6 patties

Bake in the oven for 40 mins or until browned. Turn every 15 or so mins. (the cooking time isn't set yet, the original recipe called for frying and I decided to bake so I'm still playing with it)

Nutritional Info (I know there's alot of fat grams but remember tuna has alot of good fats in it Wink
