Does anyone have a really yummy vegatable lasagna recipe they'd like to share? I'm used to making traditional lasagna, but DH is on a health kick and I'm missing out on the good stuff, LOL.
Please share yours. |

| I do the same for meat lasaga just add the veggies instead of meat. I will use shredded carrot, zuchini, eggplant, spinach, mushroom. Whatever veggies you like. |

| Probably depends on what you are putting in it. I normally don't do any precooking with mine. I feel like they cook up enough with the time in the oven. |
