There are too many to name.
But I guess my all time favorite is a Cheesy Pineapple Casserole. I am "required" to bring it to all annual events by popular demand of friends and family.
2 cans of crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups of shredded SHARP cheddar (I usually use 3.... I love cheese)
1 cup sugar
6 TBS flour
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (I think Ritz is the best.... tried others and didn't taste as good)
Non-stick spray
Butter
Mix drained pineapple, flour, sugar and cheese together. Spread evenly into a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray. I think the size I use is 9x13.
Top with sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers.
Dabble with butter on the top.
Bake for 30 min on 350.
I love to serve with ham or turkey. DH and I like to eat as a side dish. Others like to eat as dessert.
I love it b/c it is a sweet/salty combo in the same bite. |

I really think I would like that. It sounds really good and definetly so different. I think I'll copy it and make it for Christmas or Easter since we always have ham. |

okay, definitely weird, but I can see where the sweet/salty thing would attract people. Hmm...might have to give it a try. |

I bet this would be AWESOME with ham. My cousin and aunt brought a sweet potato and pineapple casserole one year and that was delish! Ive never liked sweet potato/yams casserole before that. |

| How much butter do you plop on the top of the pineapple/ritz casserole? Not sure if we're talking about a few plops, a half stick, or a whole stick. |

That's easy I would have to say Pizza Bake. I have enclosed the recipe. It is cheesy and has a great flavor.
1 box velveeta shells and cheese
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook shells and cheese as directed. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
Brown ground meat, onion and green pepper. Drain.
Add pizza sauce to meat mixture. Heat through.
Place a layer pepperoni on top of shells and cheese.
Pour meat over pepperoni and cover with cheeses.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until melted. |
