I have made a killer no sugar added apple pie in the past. It is yummy and VERY easy to make. You could also make tarts in tart shells.

Mix one can of Comstock sliced apples (no added suger, just apples and natural juices) with some rasins (I always eye balled this) and cinnimon. Mix very well. Spoon into pie shell, cover with top crust (be sure to cut vents in the top crust or cut out a design for a prettier look) and bake untill the shell is golden brown.

Is this totally healthy? I dunno, that is your call. I mean it is all fruit, but the fruit and the shell do have carbs. Hopefully you can mkae it work.

Another idea is to bake apples with a black cherry flavored diet soda and rasins and cinnimon. I don't have a recipe for this, but my mom used to make it and it was YUMMY!

Can they eat Angel Food cake? If so, then get a premade one. They can have a slice with some fresh cut up strawberries on top. If they can't have Angel Food cake, then how about some cut up fresh strawberries with sugar free cool whip on top.
(You may have to sprinkle a little Splenda or something on the strawberries.)
