i made rice yesterday but alot so i was really thinking not in the microwave
is there a way to heat up mexican rice with out drying it out?
right now i have it in the pan you cook turkeys in

You could microwave it. Put it in a casserole dish that has a lid. Add a tiny bit of water and cover it.
