Recipe #1 (with meat):

1lb rigatoni noodles
1 (16oz) ctn sour cream
1 (28oz) can of spaghetti sauce
2c mozzarella cheese
12 meat balls
2eggs
parmesan cheese

boil noodles, add 1/2c parmesan cheese and 2 eggs to drained noodles. mix well. pour into 9x13"pan; layer with sour cream and sauce. top with meat balls and mozzarella cheese. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings

recipe #2 (no meat):

1lb rigatoni noodles
1 (16oz) ctn sour cream
1 (28oz) can spaghetti sauce
2c mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c parmesan cheese

bopil rigatoni noodles according to the package, drain. add 2 eggs and 1/2c parmesan cheese to noodles; stir. pour into a 9x13" pan. add sour cream and mozzarella cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. serves 8-10
