This is delicious! My little brother who is a jr. in high school had to make this for school. It's the best fudge I've ever had!!!
3 Minute Fudge
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 bags milk chocolate chips (not semi-sweet)
Put in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 3 min. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and stir til smooth. Pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Let it set up. Yummy!!!

Eagle Brand Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. peanut butter chips
Directions:
In large sauce pan, combine Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and 1 pkg. chips in a large sauce pan. Stir over medium heat till the chips are melted and the vanilla and milk and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and mix in the second pkg. of
chips, just enough to cover the chips. Pour out into an aluminum lined 9"x13" pan. Let cool in turn out onto a cutting board. Remove the aluminum foil and let the fudge harden some before cutting. Let set for about 10 min. after cutting then put into zip lock bag.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge
A rich chocolate fudge is accented with bits of peanut butter flavor. Children will love helping to make this easy fudge."
Original recipe yield: 1 3/4 pounds.
Servings:28
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS:
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with EAGLE BRAND® and vanilla, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter chips; stir just to distribute chips throughout mixture.
Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
