Take 1 can creamed corn, add cut up potatoes and ham.Bake in casserole dish @350 for 1 hour or until patatoes are done.I also sprinkle on minced onion to taste.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another one......
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1LB ground turkey
Onion to taste
1 box macroni and cheese
slices of american cheese
Brown the turkey and onion together in a pan, drain fat.
Make macroni and cheese according to directions.Stir in cream of mushroom soup, put it into a baking dish.Bake @350 for about 15 minutes.Take it back out and lay the cheese across the top.Bake for 15 more minutes.Enjoy your meal.

This is my ALL time favorite ground beef casserole. Comfort food at it's finest
Beefy Casserole
8 ounces egg noodles or wide egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
2 cans diced italian tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, minced
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 2-3 quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Brown beef until cooked through.
Drain.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onion.
Layer 1/2 of the noodles then 1/2 of the meat mixture in casserole dish.
Spead with sour cream mixture.
Top with remaining noodles and the tomato sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes. |
