1 pound lean ground beef
3 3/4 cups hot water
1 package Hamburger Helper® Oven Favorites® Italian Parmesan bake
1/2 package (3.5-ounce size) sliced pepperoni
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, sliced
1 jar (4.5 ounces) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

Directions
1. Heat oven to 400°F for any type 13x9-inch pan. Cook and stir beef in skillet over high heat about 5 minutes or until brown; drain. Stir beef, hot water, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms in ungreased pan.

2. Stir Topping Mix and milk in bowl until blended (batter will be lumpy). Pour slowly and evenly over beef mixture (batter will sink into liquid). Tear off notched corner of Parmesan Cheese Sauce topping pouch. Squeeze cheese sauce evenly over beef and topping mixtures. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top of casserole.

3. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until top is light golden brown.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft)

Use 4 1/2 cups hot water.
