I'm not much of a gourmet cook, but this one tastes like it is much harder to make than it really is!!!

Get a quart of vanilla ice cream and soften it. Use good quality ice cream.


Add one can of pumpkin pie filling to it and mix it up.

Spoon it into a graham cracker crust.

Top with Cool Whip and freeze it again.


It is so light and fluffy. It is easy and one of my favorites!!!!
