2 skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
4 tbs butter
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 package wide egg noodles
1 jar alfredo sauce
Melt butter in pan, add chicken and all 3 seasonings. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side on medium high heat. Cook noodles according to package, drain and add alfredo sauce. Serve chicken and noodles either mixed together or seperate. Makes about 2-3 servings. We like to have garlic bread and salad with this easy to make dish. |

| Super easy...pound out a chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Put some French's Fried Onions (the ones for green bean casserole) in a ziploc bag. Crush them. Coat chicken breasts with egg and then dip in the crushed fried onions. Fry in extra virgin olive oil until crispy/done. Top or serve with Honey BBQ Sauce on the side. |
