Does anybody know of any good crockpot recipes, websites, or cookbooks??

My husband is a very picky eater, so it can't be anything "fancy" or with a lot of vegetables.

Any advice would be great!!

This is so delicious and easy!
4 chicken breasts, browned and cut into cubes or chunks
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix, dry.
1 cube butter, cut up
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk

Place chicken in pot. Sprinkle mix over. Add the rest. Cook on low all day or high for 5 or so hours, til done. Serve over Fettucine noodles or mashed potatos are good too! Enjoy!

Nothing fancy....... my husband is a picky eater to but he loves this.

1- 4 lb Pot Roast cut up into 4 chunks
(or a 2 lb if just the 2 of you or if you have a smaller crockpot)
2- Boxes of beef broth.
1- Package of Onion soup mix (Dry)
1- Package of Pot roast or Beef stew seasoning
1- Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (Optional)

Fill the rest of the crockpot up to 3/4 full with water.

Cook on low all day or high for about 5 hrs. When the meat is done or about 30 miutes before you are ready to eat.

Cook 1 package of egg noodles on the stove drain & add them to the crockpot let them cook with the meat for about 30 minutes to soak up flavor.
