yumm i have a great one..let me see...
1 cup warm water
1 pkg yeast (fast acting)
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
3 cups flour
heat oven really hot and then cut off.
Measure warm water and yeast in large bowl. Stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 1 1/2 cups flour. Beat until smooth by hand. Add enough additional flour to make a stiff dough (may have to add a lil more than 3 cups, it shouldnt be sticky). Turn on lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. cover with a towl and place in oven for 45minutes!
hope u like it this is how i make it JEN!

Okay here is how I make it:
1) Go to the store and buy Martha White Pizza Crust mix in the pouch.
2) Come home and follow the directions. You mix it with water and put a little oil on it and let it rest a few minutes.
3) Roll it out and top. Bake.
Quick and easy!!

when i make my homemade pizza I use Jiffy baking mix and water...I dont even measure! My mom made pizza this way too. To make it my own now, I add italian seasonings, minced garlic and parmesean cheese to the Jiffy mix. it makes the pizza so flavorful! Then I spread the dough over a cookie sheet and add the toppings. I can post my recipe if you all would like it.

Please forgive the inaccuracy, like I mentioned before I dont measure.
Jiffy mix
italian seasonings
parmesean cheese
garlic powder
jar of spag sauce
1 lb spicy sausage
1 lb hamburger
veggies
mozz cheese
brown the hamb and sausage, drain. In a bowl, dump in jiffy mix, add italian seasoning. I eyeball it, to where it looks like enough. I sprinkle in some parm cheese and a little garlic powder. ad water, a little at a time, to where the dough is pliable and not sticky. place dough on an ungreased cookie sheet, spread evenly. Pour on sauce, as much as you like. Spread browned meat evenly, sprinkle on parm cheese. Add veggies. cover with mozz cheese. bake at 400
It makes a delicious soft crust, with a delicious flavor. |
