1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. grated cheese (I like cheddar and mozzerella)
10-12 eggs
Mix above ingredients and add:
1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 1/4 tsp.salt
Melt 1 cube margerine in a 9 x 13 pan in a 350 degree oven. Pour mixture in pan. Bake for 55 min. You can add sausage, ham, bacon, or veggies to your liking. It is so good with salsa on top after its cooked. This is so good to make when company is over for breakfast. Refrigerate leftovers.
