3 lbs. potatos peeled and cubed
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp.
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. paprika

Boil potatos til tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, salts and beat til blended. Transfer to a 2 qt. baking dish. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-35 min. or til heated through.
